Clarification and sedimentation tanks with built-in lamella pack
Using of lamella separators for the separation of solids reduces the required space by up to 90% compared to conventional sedimentation tanks.
The units are specifically designed and manufactured for each application. Flow rates from 1 to 150 m³/hour are possible.
Available materials are steel with corrosion protection, stainless steel, PE or PP.
The solids settle on the inclined lamella sheets and the purified water flows upwards into an overflow gutter. The settled solids slide downwards into a sludge cone. The clear water can be reused immediately as process water.
