The well-proven dewatering container that dewaters all types of sludge—effective and economic.

The versatile drainage containers are suitable for sludge of all kinds. Collecting, filtering, draining, storing and transporting in one device.

Filter material, quality and mesh sizes specially adapted to your needs. Available volume ranging from 0,3 m³–12 m³.

The container is also available with a removable cover construction. The lid construction is bolted to the container and can be removed if necessary.

Roll-off Dewatering Containers

Dewatering container suitable for rope or hook mount.

The outer container is manufactured in standard double-enforced version, especially designed for transport dewatering and depositing of sludge. Outlet valves at the bottom and the front wall ensure a continuous draining of filtrate water. A tight-closing swing flap on the back of the container avoids leakage during dewatering and ensures fast emptying of the dewatered sludge at the disposal site.

Length, height and capacity of the container can be freely chosen. Different designs ensure optimum dewatered and thickened sludge especially for your needs. For rope or hook operation, range of size: 5–40 m³

The container is also available with a solid cover construction. Hinged lid on one longitudinal side and to be opened with a winch or hydraulic device. The cover construction is rainproof and on request available with a bannister seal.

Vibrating Dewatering Containers

Roll-off container with vibrating unit

A special motor vibrates the inner basket and thus improves the dewaterability of the sludge.

Due to the redesign of the internal filter basket as oscillating vibrating screen sludge dewatering and drying is significantly increased. Wet sludge stored in the filter basket is brought to swinging by a high frequency vibrating unit. Even difficult sludge is treated with optimum results. The high-frequency vibrator is wired ready for connection and provided with on/off switch and socket.

The redesign of the inner filter basket as vibrating screen significantly increases sludge dewatering and drying. The wet sludge stored in the inner basket is put into a combined vibratory vibration movement and thereby even better dewatered and solidified.

Heated Dewatering Containers

An electrical heating unit keeps the sludge from freezing.

All the containers can be equipped with a temperature-controlled electrical heating element to ensure all-seasons outside operation. No risk of frost.

Aerated Dewatering Containers (Aircon) for FOG and grit traps

By means of compressed air bubbles, organic particles like FOG are being washed off and returned. Only less dense, non-smelling and well dewatered sludge stays in the container.

Ideal for sand trap and sewage system—sludge. By injecting compressed air from below adhering organic components are washed out and returned with the overflow water in the sewage cycle. Washed out are also light substances such as fats, oils or plastics. Leaner, odourless and dewatered solid remains in the container. The ventilation from below creates drainage channels for the water in the mud. These allow even greater volume reduction. This minimizes landfill and transport costs.

Aeration from the bottom creates new drainage channels that accelerate and improve the drainage and drying of the sludge. The built-in washer allows the flushing of organic parts and lead to even drier residues.

Optimized flushing of organic matter
Extremely rapid drainage by forced ventilation from below
Relief of the sewage treatment cycle due to excellent sand separation—thereby significantly reduced wear on pumps, valves and piping
Extremely strong reduction of the organic components in the container
Low landfill costs—because the container content is no longer classified as sludge but as household-type commercial waste
No odour caused by organic residues in the sand
Savings in labour costs and efforts—no subsequent treatment of the sand trap residues necessary, such as pumping out surface water or thickening with other solids, etc.

Self-Dumping Dewatering Containers

Smaller container model

Self-dumping container

The dewatering container for transporting and emptying with the forklift/pallet truck or on wheels.

For internal transport and emptying with a forklift. With self-dumping dewatering container, you can easily dewater sludge where large container does not fit due to lack of space. These tipping containers are ideal where only small amounts of sludge arise.

Dumping mechanism can be unlocked from the forklift
Unlocking the tilting mechanism from the truck
Available with or without lids and reels
On request with wheels
Available for container of 0.3–5 m³
Available with cover

Sand & Grease Containers

Smaller container model

For the sludge remaining from sand or grease traps, the smallest filter containers are the ideal choice. These 1100 litre containers according to DIN 30700 are suitable for the simple emptying of the dewatered sand with garbage trucks and for the suction of the grease with suction container vehicles.

Dewatering Container with Integrated Lamella Separator

The compact wastewater treatment plant

Kugler dewatering container with integrated lamella separator Integrated lamella separator

Reusable process water and sludge thickening in one device.

Dewatering container with integrated lamella separator is a combination of dewatering container and lamella inclined clarifier, suitable for separating solids from a wastestream and simultaneous dewatering of the sludge.

The unit can (depending on the size up to 40 m³) be used for wastewater seeps up to 300 l/min as the core of an operating water cycle.

The coarse filter separates the larger solids. The lamella separator separates the fines from the water. Instead of five different units only one container, small footprint, suitable for up to 30 m³ wastewater per hour.

from the outside, the lamella dewatering container is a regular skip or roll-off container. Besides the standard filter basket, the unit boasts a filtration fabric and a lamella separator. Larger solids sink to the bottom and are being separated from the water by the filter fabric. The fine solids are being separated by the lamella separator. All of the solids that are being withheld will be collected and dewatered within the dewatering container.

Continuous operation in waste streams up to 40 m³/hour
Filtered water can be reused in the production process
Low investment costs, long life
Well dewatered sludge in a short time period
No maintenance or energy costs
Low space requirements
